His reputation as a Vitrolite specialist brings him work in many places from the historic Ritz Theatre in Talladega, Alabama, to shops in small towns in Iowa, Nebraska and Illinois.


 In St. Louis he's repaired the lobby of the Hadley Square Building, Band Box Cleaners and Greenberg Gallery.


 Dunn has also done consultations for the Justice Department in Washington, D.C. where, he said, all the buildings constructed during the Depression in the federal triangle have Vitrolite in them. "We're talking about buildings with a million square feet," he said. "They've got to have 200 to 300 bathrooms."
